WHAT TO PACK FOR CORDEVALLE
I would pack a good range of things for this trip. Nice dresses or pants for dinners, you’ll need cute athleisure for the sports you like to play! I loved that I had everything in neutral so I could mix and match! You’ll also need comfortable walking shoes! And a jacket and warm clothes for the VERY cool mornings and nights. Don’t feel blind sighted like me thinking it was hot. I could have used some more pants and layers. A warm hoodie! Just make sure you have your bases covered for workouts, and also nice meals and your swimsuits and cover up’s for the heated pool!

It was so nice to escape away and have much needed time away!

Neither Doug nor I golfed on our weekend there; however, we still enjoyed the beautiful sights and the energy of the golfers! It was a blast to watch from afar!

We LOVED the gnocchi (chef Nicola said this one of his favorite things to make) and the Strudel di Mele Trentino if you like apples and cinnamon! It’s divine. It's one of the most artistically beautiful and delicious deserts I’ve ever had!
Lion’s Peak Grill my favorite was the Poke Bowl! It’s spicy and LOVELY!
One Iron Grill:
For breakfast, try the chilaquiles (yummmmm) or the Golfers’ Breakfast!
Our favorites were the tuna tartar, the New York steak and the churros! Delicious beyond words!

I had a deep tissue and hot stone massage at the spa and it was an experience I had never had before. The hot stones released my stress and gave me the best relaxation! After the massage, you can hang out in the sauna and jacuzzi area for an even deeper relax!
