Hello, beloved friends! I took the trip of a lifetime! I got flown to Mexico Cabo San Lucas and stayed at the Montage Los Cabos! We celebrated Dominique Crenn's 10th anniversary of her award-winning restaurant in San Fransisco, Atelier Crenn. She loves and appreciates her Pastry Chef, Juan Contreras so much, that she decided to go to his hometown, Mexico to celebrate their very special accomplishments!

Dominique is the 1st woman to win 3 Michelin Stars as a chef and I couldn't have been more honored to interview her and get to enjoy a 10-course meal at "Casa Crenn" at the Montage's villa! Come back to this post next week to find my interview with her on here! This was a very quick turn around and I needed to get this post up for my TV segment! I do want to write about what I learned while I interviewed her and the Executive Chef Xavier Salomon at the Montage! Such lovely people!
