There are few things in life that are worth the darkness and the hardships. Love & relationship with one-another and salted caramel macarons from Ginger Elizabeth! I've never met Ginger personally but if I did, I'd give her a squeezy-hug!  She makes one of the best desserts I've EVER had! We were close to her downtown Sacramento store as we were shooting this outfit and I told my husband and our photographer, Jillian. "We must go get a macaron!"  I love her store and with the most love and respect say, if you've never tried out her treats, RUN!  My two favorite macarons are the vanilla and the salted caramel one! Thank you, Ginger and your team for the value you put into this world!  

I also love a good Summer date night outfit that makes you wanna'  dance and pose like you were in the cover of a magazine! Friends. I am so honored to be sharing the page with my main squeeze. I'd love for you to be inspired to try a new color combo like this gorgeous blend of blue and tangerine orange! I am really excited about how they looked together! I loved putting my boo in his chucks because it made his outfit look appropriate for a serious date night but it kept him comfy and happy! I, of course, love to pair metallic shoes with anything! I think it's amazing to have a pair of silver or gold shoes in your wardrobe because they really do pair well with so much! Don't be afraid to mix the metals like I did here with pairing the outfit with gold tones in the jewelry and statement bag! It's all about playing around with your items! My hope is that you'd see Doug and I's photos and you'd be inspired and encouraged that you are enough, that you belong and that you are loved by God in heaven. May our photos remind you that you have a purpose and your life matters. That first and foremost, the love that God has for you enables you to enjoy worth no clothing label or food or relationship can add or take away from you. May you know it in your bones that you matter. I don't know what you are going through right now but I do know that we all have struggled from time to time. And if you're in a great season, I rejoice with you and celebrate with you!!
