Freshen Up Old Pieces
Good morning and happy Monday my lovely friends! How are you? What did you do this weekend? OH my goodness mine was a Holiday Wonderland. We did so many fun family things and saw a ton of Christmas lights, it was amazing! We took a long walk with our dog and kids on the river trail and there was a huge puddle from the rain in the morning. My kids and I LOVED jumping in the puddle and I considered never buying them any toys and just making puddles for them because they had a BALL! I love the simplicity of children. They are really the example of the true importance of life. Carefree livin'!
STYLE TIP:
I took a sleeveless Maxi dress and put a sweater on top, popped the collar out and paired it with a blazer, tights and pumps. A twist for the workweek. No item of clothing left behind! This is how you revitalize old pieces that you are tired of wearing. You layer them and mix them!

FROM MY HEART:
Courage is contagious. I will be honest with you and say that most of my inspiration for being courageous comes from my children. I feel like I've become an adult and I've complicated life so much, I don't even know which end is up. Seeing my daughters be themselves un-apologetically and courageously, makes me want to follow suit! I just want to go back to having that child like care free, "I don't care what people will think about me" attitude. I am so grateful that I do have 32 years of life experience and I don't have to poop in a diaper anymore, however, there is something to be said about the courage, hope and joy of a child. They still believe that anything is possible. I want to be like that again. Relentless, not taking things personally, not holding a grudge for longer that a few minutes. Throwing myself fully into seriously having fun! Let's be a little more like them, shall we?
I love you so much! Have a splendid week!
