What to you bring to your Holiday potluck | A No-Bake (Oreo) Holiday Truffle

Beloved friend! If you’re asking, yourself, what to you bring to your Holiday potluck this season? Here’s a great treat I love to make that might help you this season! A No-Bake (Oreo) Holiday Truffle! These are Easy & Delicious! So easy my, five-year-old, can make them! And they are so versatile for the number of colors you can make them in or even put sticks on them to be more like a "Cake Pop" treat! They are a huge hit every time I bring them to a Gathering or Party! And it is a joy to give them away as little Holiday gifts to friends and family as well. I promise you-you can't go wrong with these delicious, no-bake and easy Oreo treats! If you make them tag me on Instagram! I’d love to see your creations!

Ingredients

1 pkg. (8 oz.) brick cream cheese, softened

36 OREO Cookies, finely crushed, divided

4 pkg. (4 oz. each) semi-sweet baking chocolate, melted

Get Ingredients

Instructions

MIX cream cheese and 3 cups cookie crumbs until well blended.

WAIT: Wait a couple of hours for the mixture to be cool to roll.

SHAPE into 48 (1-inch) balls and put in the freezer for an hour to harden so they will not melt!

DIP: Dip in melted chocolate; place on waxed paper-covered baking sheet. Sprinkle with remaining cookie crumbs.

REFRIGERATE 1 hour or until firm. Store in tightly covered container in the refrigerator.
