The Best Black Summer Jumpsuit

This post is sponsored by TOBI

Special thanks to Ariel Berlin Photography for this special post and to Renee Alejandro for doing my hair!

Happy Tuesday!! How are you? I hope well, but if you're having a difficult day I pray that you would feel the peace that surpasses your understanding in the midst of chaos!

STYLE TIP:
Do get yourself a jumpsuit for this summer! It is the ultimate FAST and classy outfit. It probably takes 30 seconds to get dressed! You can pair this with so many shoe and accessory options and it is so chic and stylish, yet light for those hot summer nights! I would totally wear this every day if it wasn’t gross. I would rock this out to brunch with some white sneakers or to a wedding just like I styled it on these pictures. I will say that this particular jumpsuit is very true to size on the hip portion. I ordered a small and probably would have needed the medium because the fabric does.not.give. I actually ripped the zipper after my shoot, I have to get it fixed! Oh and yeah I changed it on the street!! ON the street! What in the world!? No one was around but still, nerve-wracking! Ha, but anyway. Yes, check the website for exact measurements so you get the correct size. I think that if you’re like me and have curves you need a size up. But if you are tall and slender in the hip area you can get away with your normal size.

FROM MY HEART:

This week is going to be one of reflection for me. So much has happened in the past few months and days get filled with things to do, so if I don't just make an effort to STOP and evaluate things, I will continue doing that which is no longer beneficial for my growth, business or life in general.

I used to never like change. I have learned that if I don't create change myself, it comes regardless whether or not I seek it. So to keep resilient and flexible, I like to make and create change and challenges for me to overcome. I believe that it is in a difficult season that we grow most and I have never felt proud of myself when I'm just cruising through life, eating a Twinkie. I get so much satisfaction when God helps me get through a difficult phase. I end up learning loads about myself and God!  This week I want to pause and make sure that the things that I am doing are the most efficient for this season. Let me know if you do anything like this. It is something that is a new practice for me and I could use some tips from anyone who already does so! I'd love to have some feedback!  I also want to make sure that what I am doing is still from the right motivation and with pure intentions. When I started this blogging journey, it had so little to do with me and more to help raise money for an organization, the blog sort of stuck and now I need to make sure that I am being true to myself and what I believe in.

I love you, thank you for reading my rambles. This has been quite the journey and I am so blessed to have you a part of it!

XO, Libier
