Vintage Powder Blue and Gray Skinnies

Hello loves!! Happiest Monday to you! I hope this blog finds you well. My heart is a little hurt this morning from the disappointment of my book campaign not being a success the way I had planned. I'll tell you this; after I cry a little I'm going to praise God. Even though it hurts and even in the times when I have no idea why things don't work out the way I prayed and had faith for. I still believe God is good and he has greater plans. But my heart is pained so please pray for me!

This outfit was so fun to wear. I felt so comfortable with a girlie edge. I love wearing delicate blouses and adorable vintage sweaters. Vintage is something that I'm delving into. My friend, Jenny that is all about it and she inspired me. Plus, I was able to go to her pop-up shop and I picked up the blouse and sweater I'm wearing today, she has an etsy shop you can check out if you're interested! I love how vintage pieces can make you feel super unique and you get to wear clothes that are so honestly well made. Even though the years, I could tell the workmanship of these gorgeous pieces. I can see why Jenny (my aforementioned friend) loves to wear vintage! I thought of pairing my old with new and what's newer than pairing a delicate blouse with ripped skinny jeans and sneakers?! The old and new had a great conversation!

I love you so much thank you for reading my blog today, I know how precious your time is and I am so grateful you're here. I hope you are taking time to breathe in deeply this season. Ponder the wonder that is your very existence. You are God's workmanship. That means you are his work of art!! Whoa! That's pretty amazing!
