Turtlenecks are HOT,  right now! I LOVE that it instantly adds warmth and also no need to wear a scarf, but your neck is still happy this cold winter season! FROM MY HEART: 
I've had a lot of learning to do, as a new businesswoman. There are a lot of times when I want to just GO 100% of the time, and feel as if I will not attain my business goals if I don't hustle HARD. Winter has been reminding me that there is a season for everything. There is a time to work VERY hard and utilize all the creative juices, create amazing things and flourish. There is also a time to slow down and step back to reflect To even let some things die in my business, things that have not been working or helping me.

I want to be able to enjoy my family life and my personal life as well as pursue my career. You CAN do business well and not have to go, go, go 100% of the time, In fact, going without taking time to relax and enjoy the victories, makes for strained and forced concepts in my business. I start FORCING it and I no longer am perceived as authentic.  I am going to take it one day at a time and giving it my all I can on that day.  It will be enough at the end of the day.
