Hello, my beloved friends. This video is to help you on what to say to someone who is hurting or going through a difficult time. I know it's something that I've learned over the years and it's made such a difference in my relationships and life to cultivate a spirit of compassion and empathy. I believe it's an honor to grieve with those who grieve and to rejoice with those who rejoice (Romans 12:15)

I made this video because I am hurting and there have been some ways I've been shown compassion that has really helped my heart and I wanted to share them with you in case you are hurting for some reason too, or someone in your life is. I don't pretend to know it all, I just speak from my personal experience of what has really ministered to my grieving heart during my season of loss. I pray these concepts help you!
