MY HEALTHY QUARANTINE ROUTINE | LIBIER

Beloved friends, I'm sure by now you're settling into a more "normal" un-normal routine at home! I wanted to share with you all the things that are keeping me sane through this social distancing and quarantine season! May it remind you that you are enough and that you can do little things to keep your spirits high!

Here’s the recipe to my favorite green smoothie

My top priority is to keep our health right now. I hope this video gives you ideas for implementing more veggies into your life and tricking your kids to have more veggies.

2 or more cups Spinach

2 or more cups Kale Juice of one Lemon

4 cups Water/Coconut Water

1 TO 2 ripe bananas

1 cup of frozen zucchini

1 TBSP chia seeds

1 cup of frozen fruit like strawberries or peaches or mangos

1 chunk of ginger (I didn’t have any today but when I have it I love adding!)

1 apple

4 Stalks Of Celery

You can also transform this into a '“Mommy Spinach StealthSmoothie” for your picky eaters ***just add frozen berries and it will turn the smoothie into a beautiful redish color they will think is a treat!
