Sunday is one of my favorite days! I love to create a Sunday Reset Routine that will help us jumpstart the week in a victorious and powerful way! Listen, friend, we are not perfect people by any means so this video is our “best-self” when we are ON it, we do all the things, but sometimes we aren’t in the space to even do one! However, I’m more interested in progress than the illusion of perfection! I do, however, know the power of having routines and setting habits that create success! And this video shows you what really gets my home reset, my heart and mind reset and my soul reset! I pray it inspires you and encourages you to add on to your routine or START ONE!
So as it applies to you, pick a day that you will stick to (most of the time) to reset your home, mind, heart, and soul! It is a beautiful way to set yourself up for success for the coming week.
